This conditions delineate how the process of booking and cancelation work with our products and services.
VAT not included
Credit card payments are 4% extra.
BOOKING WITHOUT DEPOSIT, IN CASE OF NO SHOW WE WILL CHARGE AN AMOUNT AS REQUIRED BELOW.
In case of no-show or late cancelation, we will charge the total amount of the first night of the booking. In case you decide to cancel or modifie a booking you must send us an email to email@example.com, refering to the room type, the number of nights and the occupancy you want to modify or cancel.
On the day of you arrival our team will get in touch with you to confirm your booking status. If you are unable to confirm your arrival it will be interpreted as a no-show and your reservation could be sold to another person. You have until 3:00 pm, on your arrival day, to confirm your booking status.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
Extra bed available in Superior Double Room by sending us a message requiring this service:
- This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
- Children older than 10 years are welcome.
- There is no capacity for cots in the room.
This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost:
- WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
This specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if it is on the street or in a (secure) parking garage and what the costs are:
- Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

- Pets are not allowed.
